Chatsworth
Sunday 29th April
This season opening event.
If enough people are interested in going for a drive up there we will arrange a drive up again.
Please let us know if you would like to join a drive.
Stoke Goldington Steam Rally
12th and 13th May
This is an opportunity to polish your pride and joy and show it off.
Although it is two days you are welcome to come for one or both.
We need to confirm our attendance very shortly.
In the past you have also got into the show for free.
Therefore if you are interested in attending please let me know as soon as possible.
MG Owners Club ‘Rose of the Shires Road Run’
20th May
This is a charity run for MG’s and other classic cars from Glore to Boughton House near Kettering
It is £25 which includes a commemorative plaque and route book. It also includes bacon role and drink.
Entry to Boughton House is also available at an additional £8 per person.
All moneys raised go to the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance.

26th May (evening)
Why just dress up for Christmas?
This is a gala evening at the Saints Rugby Club to raise money for the Sudden Adult Death Trust.
Tickets are £35 per person and includes a 5 Course Meal and Music.
If you would like to attend please let me know as soon as possible as numbers are limited.
We will require a £5 (non-refundable) deposit to secure each place.

Le Mans Classic
6th, 7th and 8th July
You need to book your tickets through the club, and soon.
However it sounds like there are a number of people going but please can you let us know so that we can arrange things.
Silverstone Classic
20th, 21st and 22nd July
There is going to be dedicated TVR parking and as always an interesting event with a number of different classic activities going on.
Please book via the Club Website or Office.
ASDA On Your Marks
Saturday August 11th
This is the day where we take people for a ride around the Bruntingthorpe track to raise money for Charity
We will be asking for confirmation of people attending later in the year.
Christmas Meal
Saturday 1st December
Location and costs to be advised nearer the time (Sara is already in discussion with the probable venue).
Other Local things
Earls Barton Classic Meet
Last Wednesday of the month from the 30th May.
This is on the edge of Earls Barton and has vehicles of all kinds attending.
(There is normally a food van on site)
Evenly Breakfast Meet
This is on the First Sunday of the month
We had a visit last year and it sounded like a good gathering. Therefore we will be looking at doing it again this year. If you are interested please let us know. |
